We come here at least once a month, and every single time we leave happy and completely satisfied! The food is absolutely DELICIOUS and full of that authentic Dominican flavor that keeps us coming back. Honestly, everything is good here! 🇩🇴❤️ Some of my favorites are the mofongo con camarones al ajillo, the asopao de camarones, the sancocho dominicano, and the masitas de puerco. 🤤 But honestly… ¡aquí todo es rico! It’s hard to pick just one favorite! A very special thank you to Pavel and Judith in the kitchen for consistently putting out such amazing food. You can truly taste the love and care in every dish. 👏🏽❤️ And a big shout-out to our server Scarlet, who was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Dominican food and great service, this is definitely the place to go! We’ll keep coming back again and again. 🇩🇴🔥

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Morel Restaurant! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. A special thank you to Chef Pavel , whose talent and passion truly shine in every dish. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and presented with so much attention to detail. You can really taste the care and creativity that goes into the kitchen . And a huge thank you to **Alexandra, our waitress**, for making our experience even more special. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit . Her warm personality and excellent service made us feel genuinely welcomed. Chef Pavel and Alexandra are a fantastic representation of what makes Morel Restaurant such a wonderful place. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Morel to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience! ❤️🍽️

Second time at Morel’s and the food was amazing. Both times I had the red snapper with the “TOMATO SAUCE”. The chef Christian, came to our table to check on the food and everything super delicioso. Alexandria service was wonderful. She checked on us the right amount of times and was great explaining the menu. Recommended 💯

Christian, the chef, knows what he is doing. We had the oxtail, and mofongo with fried pork. Everything was top notch. The drinks were amazing as well. Try the strawberry mojito. Scarlett provided excellent service with a smile and a sense of humor. Great experience. Great food. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Don't let a empty parking lot at 5:30 pm fool you, like it almost did us. We are glad we came. Side note, this place looks like it would be fun at nighttime. Big bar, big tvs, and a dj booth.

We had a great dinner at Morel’s!! Food was delicious and very well presented. Dominican Flavors to the win! A must if your are looking for Dominican food in Palm Bay/Melbourne area.
